Our History
Since our inception in 1998, we have been dedicated to
excellence
1998
Establishment
In 1998, JP Aero took flight with a visionary mission: to
supply the Mark 3 Tactical Boot, a testament to rugged
reliability and military excellence, to both the Canadian
Military and NATO, marking the beginning of a remarkable
journey in aerospace and defense.
2005
Chemical Development
JP Aero's innovation soared to new heights through a strategic
licensing partnership and collaboration with Shinetzu
Chemical, resulting in the development of a revolutionary
nanopolymer hydrophobic coating for textiles.
2010
Transformative Revival
In the wake of the 2009 setback, JP Aero underwent a
transformative revival, subsequently acquired by new
management (us). By 2012, JP Aero emerged stronger, embracing
an expanded role in pivotal defense contracts, charting a
dynamic course forward in the aerospace industry.
2014
Commercial Aviation Operations
In 2014, JP Aero marked a significant milestone by applying
for a commercial aviation operations license and CAMO.
Building on their innovation, in 2015, JP Aero extended their
reach by licensing their pioneering chemical technology to an
automotive chemical manufacturer, CleanCar, expanding their
impact beyond aviation.
2021
Strengthening International Contacts
JP Aero played a pivotal role as a broker in facilitating
substantial defense contracts between the United States and
Poland. Serving not only as a licensed distributor but also as
a short-term financing backbone, JP Aero contributed
significantly to strengthening international defense
alliances.
2022
Strategic Moves Continue
In 2022, JP Aero embarked on an ambitious journey by acquiring
ownership and distribution rights of a small aircraft
manufacturer and its EASA certified composite factory. This
strategic move was driven primarily by the goal of developing
high-altitude surveillance drones, all while continuing to
craft small aircraft for the civilian market.
